The main objective of the study is to conduct a concept development project to improve the quality of life for people living with psoriasis, which takes the future perspectives and applications of 3D printing into consideration.

Initially, the study will focus on examining and analysing the needs of people with psoriasis as well as mapping current solutions available on the market. This will form the basis of subsequent ideation, which should lead to a physical solution to address the given problem. The solution will be re-designed to fit in the arena of 3D printing.

Finally, the suggested solution will be evaluated with regards to potential and realizability. The expected outcome of the study is a functional physical prototype and an appertaining business plan covering the product-/service system as well as the platform to realise it.
